When things hit rock bottom, it can only go up from there on. Unless it's a false bottom, then i might continue falling towards an untimely death.

Just like that poor chap who put a chest tube into the liver and quit his surgical training to become an anaesthetist instead.

Did i tell you that i inserted a chest tube the other day? Sigh. Happy days.

Even though i have said many times before that money doesn't matter, it is a huge limiting factor when i'm thinking of quitting a job with a stable income.
