To update you on the one with the genial smile and silver white hair, she visited a gastroenterologist who did a gastroscope which came back clear. Blood tests revealed high calcium levels but otherwise no abnormalities detected. She is still vomiting once a day, only after food at night. Right now my differentials have been narrowed down to a functional disturbance. *Sigh*
