Chinese Sinsei 2

Totally glad that I took my medical leave today and went to visit a Chinese physician specialising in spine. Feel I ought to give him a great deal of credit... so for all those with spinal issues causing neck and back pain, please make a trip down to Blk 81 MacPherson Lane. The clinic is called Bai Chuan SpineCare TCM.

I felt that I've gotten a more professional diagnosis which makes total sense to me as compared to yesterday. Inflammatory tendons in my lower back caused by long term ill postures that is triggered by sprain. That explains it all as I plead guilty of slouching away in my sofa or bed reading or watching tv. So this inflammed stuff was kinda pretty close to the nerves which summed up why I was feeling pain whenever there's a slight movement to my body. Eg. sneezing, coughing, car vibrating. It's that bad! What the crap!

To all out there, pls heed the advice when your dear ones tell you to correct your ill posture. Oh yah, sitting down and crossing legs is a big NO NO too.
