Hurray for the end of my arduous 8 weeks of night shifts.
Here's my recipe for losing 3kg in 8 weeks:
1. Eat 2 meals a day.
2. Spend a good part of 12 hours walking.
3. Stress about patients trying to die in different ways
4. Stress about getting a job for next year
5. Turn your body clock upside down every 5 days
That should do the trick. Don't bother about the Atkins diet or exercising.
The plus side. Now i look good in jeans :D
